No I'm sorry but Manjaro Linux is an Arch Linux derivered so I should recompile the packages with debugging symbols.

If I launch the executable from a terminal this is the output:
[joshua@Asus-X551CA ~]$ kwalletmanager
QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
kwalletmanager(2854)/kdeui (Wallet): The kwalletd service has been disabled
Connecting to deprecated signal QDBusConnectionInterface::serviceOwnerChanged(QString,QString,QString)
[joshua@Asus-X551CA ~]$ kwalletmanager(2854)/kdeui (Wallet): The kwalletd service has been disabled

If I launch kwalletd it says:
joshua@Asus-X551CA ~]$ kwalletd
QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
kwalletd(2862): Communication problem with "kwalletd" , it probably crashed.
Error message was: "org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply" : " "Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)" "
