Description Diane Trout 2014-09-16 04:44:47 UTC
The QML Mute button doesn't do anything useful.

It does output these errors.

Object::connect: No such signal QmlInterface::soundChangeState(bool) in /home/diane/kde/src/master/ktp-call-ui/src/call-window.cpp:615
Object::connect:  (sender name:   'mute')
Object::connect: No such slot QmlInterface::setSoundEnabled(bool) in /home/diane/kde/src/master/ktp-call-ui/src/call-window.cpp:245
file:///home/diane/kde/inst/master/share/apps/ktp-call-ui/core/ToggleButton.qml:83: TypeError: Result of expression 'root.activate' [undefined] is not a function.
file:///home/diane/kde/inst/master/share/apps/ktp-call-ui/core/ToggleButton.qml:80: TypeError: Result of expression 'root.activate' [undefined] is not a function.
file:///home/diane/kde/inst/master/share/apps/ktp-call-ui/core/ToggleButton.qml:83: TypeError: Result of expression 'root.activate' [undefined] is not a function.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Make call. Push mute button. Watch error logging.

Expected Results:
Mute button should mute something.

A debtable question is should mute silence the microphone (Mute Self) silence the speaker (Mute remote) or both.

... I'm not sure I can test it I think the whole component is currently broken.

I have trouble just getting the text-ui component working let alone trying for the call component.
