Steps to reproduce: 0. start digiKam 1. open "Tags" side view on the left side 2. right-click on an existing tag and select "Properties..." 3. assign a keyboard-shortcut, e.g. "CTRL + SHIFT + H" 4. save properties with "OK" 5. right-click again on the same tag and select "Properties..." again actual result: "Shortcut: None" expected result: "Shortcut: CTRL + SHIFT + H" The assigned tag shortcut is working well, so "Severity = minor" for this bug. And it is shown in "Settings" -> "Configure Shortcuts..." as "Assign Tag "..." > Ctrl+Shift+H". But if the user is only looking at the tags properties dialog, this might cause confusion. (And let me create the same Tag-Shortcut-Assignment multiple times.)
Problem due certainly to patch applied in bug #309558 Gilles Caulier
