On the bottom of the display when poking the "Status" tab a "Sharing ratio" area appears on the right side of the display. With one torrent selected, altering the "Ratio limit" and/or the "Time limit" numbers, they appear to take effect. With multiple or ALL torrents selected (hilighted), altering these numbers has no effect.
