Hello,
Here the steps performed :
1° Open hour & date settings (KDE config Module) ;
2° On "Date & Hour" tab mark the box "Set automatically date & hour" ;

3° Set the time server window with "europe.pool.ntp.org" ;
4° Set the time zone on "Paris   Europe/France" ;
5° When clicking on "apply" the answer is "unable to contact the time server" ;
6° The clock (of the module) displays the correct hour.
On the desk, the hour displays only the UTC time (with under the line and not permanently displayed on the desk the correct Paris hour !

Hoping have been sufficently clear, I wish you to fix this bug.
Many thanks,
Kindly yours,
Alboise de Pontoise, Seine et Oise.

The Plasma clock is able to show a different time zone to the default one.

Please confirm this is set to show the system time.

Type "date" on the command line to confirm that the KCM is setting the clock correctly. Please report back if there is still an issue.
