In Eclipse for example you simply press Ctrl+Shift+F.
It would be useful to have a shortcut since reformatting usually has to be done quick.

you can set it in the Settings->Configure Shortcuts

Closing as invalid, you can assign a shortcut and not everything needs a default shortcut.
