Steps:
1) Open attached file
2) On page 1, underneath the photo of a woman at a computer, there is a black rectangle which should be blue

This pdf was generated from within LibreOffice and i initially submitted it to them thinking that it was a problem from their side.

Cannot reproduce on Okular 0.19.3 with poppler 0.24.3. The bar is rendered blue. I suggest updating poppler version.

Which poppler version are you running?

poppler is 0.18.4. It is the latest version available to me with Ubuntu 12.04. If you say that it is fine for you Christoph, then this can be closed as worksforme.
