Text of the file playlist3.m3u8 appears chopped when diff(ed) with the file playlist.m3u8

When some lines are removed from either one of the files the texts appear normal.

When some characters are removed from either one of the files the position at which the text is chopped changes.

The attachments from the Bugs #145517 and Bug 142929 seem to look similar with the difference that both displayed files are affected.
