It would be very helpful to have the possibility to toggle the autorefresh for search results, as it could take long time in large collections and it can be pretty unconfortable to have to wait for a few seconds every time a change is done (for example while adding tags).

So it would be very useful to have a "Toggle autorefresh" checkbox and a button to manually refresh search results.
