It would be nice to have pop-up window, similar to brush presets docker, but closing automatically when preset is selected. It should be possible to assign it to keyboard shortcut. Usecase: switch to non-favorite brush while using fullscreen mode.

I personally just configure the fullscreen mode to keep the toolbars. They are small enough.

On the #krita, we figured out that this can be even more generic idea. Create some kind of mechanism, which would allow to pop up any docker under cursor and close it when something is selected. That way, at least, palette docker could be useful, especially in fullscreen mode; maybe a layers docker to quickly switch between layers; and so on.
