Analyzer is not working/appearing on Linux Mint 17 KDE with any supported file. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open any supported file with Amarok 2. Enable Analyzer is it's not enabled already. 3. File plays but analyzer doesn't appear anything. Actual Results: File plays but analyzer doesn't appear anything. Expected Results: File plays with analyzer working appearing fine.
Which Phonon backend do you use? You need the phonon-backend-gstreamer, as the phonon-backend-vlc doesn't support the Analyzer. You can see this from the Amarok Help -> Diagnostics menu.

VLC (0.7.1) was choosen by default as Phonon backend. I realized it after your reply. I fix it by opening Amaron -> Settings -> Configure Amarok... -> Playback -> Configure Phonon -> Backend -> Prefer GStreamer on top -> Apply/OK -> Quit Amarok -> Reopen Amarok. Analyzer and everything on Amarok work fine now with GStreamer (4.7.2) as Phonon Backend. Thanks again for your quick reply and sorry for the inconvenience.
