Despite the chance to make it say the time in regular intervals, I'd be much more interested to have it speak up on demand (only). I can imagine - as my preferred version - to have a button next to it (as part of the applet if one so desires), that I can press to send the fuzzy time as audio to the speaker.

I can see this being helpful for accessibility
