Created attachment 87935 [details] image of the problem I'm using Okular with kpartsplugin in Firefox to render PDFs, but some PDFs are pixelated, although I can't reliably reproduce it. It seems that I'm using version 0.6.4 of the PDF backend, but that isn't available in the version selector. Zooming in and out does not fix the pixelation, it just zooms in on it.
does that happen in okular standalone?
Also okular version?
Downloading the file and opening it in okular worked fine when the problem was occurring, but I cannot reproduce it any more. I'm not confident I can get it to happen again. I did delete the kde cache, maybe that fixed it, or maybe it just went away with time. I'm on Okular Version 0.19.3.
Well, if downloading the file and opening it in okular worked fine when the problem was occurring i am unsure this is an okular bug at all and would blame kpartsplugin, given that you can't reproduce it and with the close to 0 information we have i don't think we can honestly fix this bug. So i'm going to close it as INVALID, as it is impossible we'll ever fix it at this point. Thanks for caring about Okular
