The file replace dialog isn't ported to Baloo yet. Do you still have Nepomuk installed?
Comment 2 Bruno GADINAT 2014-07-20 08:07:22 UTC
Thank you for answer,

But the dialog window is in Dolphin (i select Dolphin in product and i thought that it was selecting the product that i want to speak to), when i paste a new file. I don't understand your anwer : what Baloo and Nepommuk do in a file date.
I talk about the date given by the command "stat -c %y file".

I only want to see this date in the Dolphin dialog window to compare two files which hava the same name. (Sorry for my limited english)(In reply to Christoph Feck from comment #1)

The dialog is part of Dolphin, but of the KIO library from kdelibs. Note that you get the same dialog if you copy/paste/move files with FolderView or any other KDE application.

Please answer the question from comment 2. Thank you.

Thank you Christoph,

Sorry i'm a newbie on this forum (and non confirmed on kde ;-) )

I have nepomukcleaner but when i do ":~$ sudo apt-get install nepomuk" in a konsole, i have : "E: Impossible de trouver le paquet nepomuk"

Please ask in a forum of your distribution how to install both Baloo and Nepomuk for KDE 4.13. You can disable Nepomuk indexing, because the file attributes are read on-demand.

To further investigate this issue, KDE developers need the information requested in comment #1. If you can provide it, or need help with finding that information, please add a comment.

Hi. I reported bug 340095.
I have Baloo installed, not Nepomuk.
Comment 10 Christoph Feck 2014-10-19 14:24:30 UTC
Thanks for the confirmation. The overwrite dialog still needs the Nepomuk libraries. You can disable the Nepomuk indexer to not conflict with the Baloo indexer. Please report this issue to the bug tracker of your distribution. See also bug 334235.
