When you paste files in a repertory wich contain same files (but different version) there is no date file information before replace a file Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.copy files from a repertory in an other repertory wich contain the same files but not same version 2. 3. Actual Results: no file date information in dialog windows Expected Results: include date information to compare file without date we can loose the new file version
The file replace dialog isn't ported to Baloo yet. Do you still have Nepomuk installed?
Thank you for answer, But the dialog window is in Dolphin (i select Dolphin in product and i thought that it was selecting the product that i want to speak to), when i paste a new file. I don't understand your anwer : what Baloo and Nepommuk do in a file date. I talk about the date given by the command "stat -c %y file". I only want to see this date in the Dolphin dialog window to compare two files which hava the same name. (In reply to BrunoG from comment #2) > But the dialog window is in Dolphin (i select Dolphin in product and i > thought that it was selecting the product that i want to speak to) The dialog is part of Dolphin, but of the KIO library from kdelibs. Note that you get the same dialog if you copy/paste/move files with FolderView or any other KDE application. Please answer the question from comment 2. Thank you.
Thank you Christoph, Sorry i'm a newbie on this forum (and non confirmed on kde ;-) ) I have nepomukcleaner but when i do ":~$ sudo apt-get install nepomuk" in a konsole, i have : "E: Impossible de trouver le paquet nepomuk"
Please ask in a forum of your distribution how to install both Baloo and Nepomuk for KDE 4.13. You can disable Nepomuk indexing, because the file attributes are read on-demand.

Hi. I reported bug 340095. I have Baloo installed, not Nepomuk.
Thanks for the confirmation. The overwrite dialog still needs the Nepomuk libraries. You can disable the Nepomuk indexer to not conflict with the Baloo indexer. Please report this issue to the bug tracker of your distribution. See also bug 334235.
