Patch to make pbuilder happy.

While making the package for this, I ran into this error when running it through pbuilder. Unknown CMake command "CHECK_FUNCTION_EXISTS".

Please note that it ran fine in a chroot for two of us. This only seems to affect pbuilder.

Actually, master branch (KF5 based) already has this line.
