Keyboard navigation does not work as intended.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open application launcher
2. Press "right" to navigate to "Applications"
3. Press "down" to select next row
4. Press "left" to navigate back to "Favorites"
Actual Results:  
Favorites tab content is displayed, but Applications is still marked as active.
Pressing "left" once more does not change content, but makes Favorites selected.

Expected Results:  
Favorites tab is displayed and marked as active.
Pressing "left" once more makes "Leave" tab active.
