If you attempt to start a download to an encfs mounted directory which isn't mounted obviously it will fail since the download directory doesn't exist, but then if you mount the encfs directory and retry the download Kget deletes the entire download directory. 1. Configure an encfs directory and mount it 2. Create a directory inside the encfs directory 3. Configure Kget's default download location to the directory you just created inside the encfs directory 4. Create some files inside the newly created directory 5. Unmount the encfs directory 6. Start a download with Kget, it will fail obviously 7. Mount the encfs directory 8. Verify subdirectory and files still exist 9. In Kget right click on the download and select "Redownload selected" (it may or may not fail) 10. Check the encfs directory. The directory that was configured as the default download location has been deleted! Using Kubuntu 14.04
