This is bad behavior.

Downloading a rar archive series. unrar'ing the rar has .r00 fail...look in ktorrent, and the download failed with "Not Downloaded"....Ok, so why not go out and download it?? Makes no sense.

Removing the torrent from ktorrent, then reopening did correct behavior of using the same files, and waiting to download the last 4 chunks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download files
2. ktorrent gets out of state about what is downloaded
3. ktorrent will keep broken files when it should be downloading complete files
Actual Results:  
ktorrent downloads incorrectly.
