Using default settings and theme.
Tooltip (with background blurred) are not correctly rendered when zooming.
It seems that dimensions of blurred area are not scaled when zooming.
Also window thumbnails (shown in the task manager tooltips) are not scaled.
I have a intel hd 4000.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. zoom with "meta+="
2. move cursor over a task in the task manager

Actual Results:  
The tooltip area is not correctly blurred and a area over the tooltip is blurred. 
The window thumbnail is placed in the wrong place and is not zoomed.
Moving the cursor moves the window thumbnail and the blurred area.
