my nepomuk metadata didn't migrate automatically, 
i tried to do it manually, by:
# editing ~/.kde4/share/config/nepomukserverrc to activate nepomuk
# and set 
[Baloo]
migrated=False 
[Basic Settings]
Start Nepomuk=true
[Service-nepomukfileindexer]
autostart=true
# I delete baloo files and restart  baloo service
rm -rf /home/alex/.local/share/baloo/
balooctl restart
#start nepomuk:
nepomukctl start
# then, run 
nepomukbaloomigrator

# it output a lot of messages like:
