Assigned crtl+c and crtl+v to copy and paste. After closing and reopening konsole the keyboard shortcuts are back to default

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Assign copy keyboard shortcut to crtl+c
2. Verify shortcut works
3. Close konsole
4. Open konsole and copy is back to default shortcut
Actual Results:  
Keyboard shortcuts switch back to default

Expected Results:  
After saving keyboard shortcuts they should remain after closing and opening konsole

Believe duplicate of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=340803 - which describes a superset of the problem.
