Description Philippe ROUBACH 2014-06-29 10:31:00 UTC
opensuse 13.1 x86_64
kde 4.13.2
kde connect 0.7

android 4.2.2
kde connect 0.7

in the contrary of the ftp server of kde connect when running the ftp server "primitive server" app in smartphone with dolphin
- i can acces to the extcard (see the capture of what dolphin displays)
i assume it acces at the root of the device ;

kde connect supplies 2 shortcuts "photo" , "all files" ; its very handy
but
kde connect is not aware about :

- my smartphone is equiped with an extcard

- when your smartphone is equiped with an extcard
android supplies the abilities :
. for all folders in "all files " wich are "music" , "pictures" , "videos" , "documents"
to be redirect to extcard folders of user choice

. for samsung "camera" app and google "camera"
the ability to store photos and videos in extcard

result : with dolphin i can't acces to dcim ,music , pictures , videos in my extcard

all my data are in extcard because the device storage is just 8 Gb . theris not enought storage for user .

Reproducible: Always

I already have a solution in mind but I haven't coded it yet. Expect it to be in the next release thoug, whenever it comes.

I think it is not a bug. Whishlist is more appropriated to that.
