Description animtim 2014-06-26 11:33:05 UTC
I have a problem with the Calibrate operation on my cintiq13, it doesn't work very good.
I'm not sure if it's because of the interferences on the corners this device have, or because I use it in Rotated/left-handed mode, but neither this or the gnome one provided accurate calibration.

In the end I spent some time making operations and fiddling with xsetwacom Area values to get something perfect for me. (for reference, I use Area 480 270 59072 33548 )

So now to get this custom Area setting used in my tablet config, I had to edit values directly in tabletprofilesrc. It would be nice to have an entry in the GUI to provide custom Area values.

Also funny enough, when these Area values are loaded in the tabletprofilesrc, when I check in the "map tablet to area screen", it reports different values: 58592x33278+480+300
-I checked with xsetwacom the actual active Area is indeed 480 270 59072 33548, not the one reported by the gui.
-I tried changing values in tabletprofilesrc, and the value in the gui changed dpending on this (but always giving different values)

Reproducible: Always

Hello,

Since the changes to calibration in 3.1.0, I'm going to assume that this is no longer an issue. If it still is, feel free to reopen this bug.
