Description pbea 2014-06-11 22:12:01 UTC
Tired to setup my locale for en_GB but I keep getting a message that states,
"You have the language with code 'en_GB' in your list of languages to use for translation but the localization files for it could not be found. The language has been removed from your configuration. If you want to add it again please install the localization files for it and add the language again."

I have searched and searched and I have everything that supports en_GB but I consistently get this message.

my setlocale.sh:
export LANG=en_GB.UTF-8
export LANGUAGE=en
export LC_NUMERIC=en_GB.UTF-8
export LC_TIME=en_GB.UTF-8
export LC_MONETARY=en_GB.UTF-8
export LC_PAPER=en_GB.UTF-8
export LC_IDENTIFICATION=en_GB.UTF-8
export LC_NAME=en_GB.UTF-8
export LC_ADDRESS=en_GB.UTF-8
export LC_TELEPHONE=en_GB.UTF-8
export LC_MEASUREMENT=en_GB.UTF-8

I want to setup Country=Canada and Language=en_GB but it is not acceptable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try moving British English from left side Availabloe languages to the right panel
2. Above message shows after Updating System Configuration
3.
Actual Results:
The language remains at American English

Expected Results:
Should be changed to British English
