When logging out and logging back in, split-view status is lost for all windows.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Activate split-view: View>Split View>Left/Right
2. Log-out
3. Log in again. Window is restored but without split-view set.
Actual Results:  
After logging in, konsole windows never show split-view status on.

Expected Results:  
After logging in, windows for which split-view status was activated in the previous  session should again have a split view.

This is implemented in recent versions.
