right side = source, left side after encryption and (back-)decryption

Encrypting a directory containig files with äöü..., for example SCHLÜSSEL.PDF will not be encryptetd or will not be back-decrypted. 

After decryption those files are lost.

This issue is fixed in the current (2.2.4) version of gpg4win.
