I've installed KDE 4.13.1 on the notebook of my gf. She has a lot of photos and first she made was to activate a Wallpaper slideshow on her desktop. But many pics are not shown as same we'shot with our Galaxy Note 3 phone. They are headover (turned 180°)! I know, that there is an (exif) info in every photo where is bottom and where is the top. I know also from 'Irfanview', a small Windows photo program, that this info makes the program shows the photo correct. Slideshow (and also Gwenview has the same problem) should also do. It looks really rediculous, and make my gf say: I don't like that! p.s. I remember this 'bug' many KDE versions before... Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Collect some photos in a directory 2.Right click on desktop 3.Add your photo directory for a slideshow (here with 30secs) 4.Watch the result Actual Results: Some photos are shown correct as taken with a smartphone cam, some (I just would assume, most) of the photos are displayed headover (turned 180°). Expected Results: Show every photo as taken by camera or smartphone, top up, bottom down. I'm not sure, that it is a 'KScreensaver' topic. Read the steps of reproduce, pls. As I've said, this misbehaviour happens in many earlier versions (of KDE 4).
