1. Make: System Settings -> Application Appearance -> Style ->Fine Tuning -> Graphical effects "Low display resolution and Low CPU setting";
2. Task Manager already have some entries;
3. Run some task;

Result: animation in Task Manager: task's entry will slide between other entries.
Expected: none of animations at all.
