I need to zoom in to accurately position elements on my reports or forms.

Thanks, good idea indeed. It has been filed at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=330217 already. I propose to change your wish to "Add ability to zoom in/out in forms" because forms are largely separate from reports (technically) so having two wishes makes sense.

The feature shall also include these options like in Okular:

- Fit Page option (boolean) 
- Fit Width option (boolean)

Use icons like in Okular.
