Kpat Toolbar config

The Demo option is always available on the toolbar even when deleted from Current actions in Configure Toolbars. To remove the option from the toolbar, I must configure toolbar move an item in the toolbar, and then Ok. This however only removes it for this session. When quiting kPatience & starting it again demo is back.

I have seen this bug in all distros, and all versions of KPatiences. Having freshly installed multiple distros. Distros I have tried are, Kubuntu, and OpenSuse.

Demo is a game action - it's more obvious in later versions
