In Project configuration there is two tabs: rarely used 'Project Filter' and build-system specific options. Put the Project Filter tab after build-system specific options.

The entries are now sorted by name. 

Actually not sure this issue here is important to fix at all. Reducing priority.

This is wrong because it means that in different localizations the order will be different. The order should be fixed.
