I've set up a groupdav address book and calendar on my laptop to an Owncloud server in my home network. When I boot the laptop elsewhere and log in, these resources disappear from Kontact, along with all the contacts and events they contain. Restarting Kontact does not bring them back. Restarting akonadi does (when the server is reachable), but I have to go and explicitly enable the resources in Kontact before I can see my contacts/events again. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set up groupdav resource 2. Log in to KDE with groupdav server not reachable 3. Start Kontact and try to use the groupdav resource Actual Results: Groupdav resources disappear Expected Results: Groupdav resources remain available - via local cache, at least until they expire (as set in retrieval options). An offline mode would be fine. I'm using 4.13.1 x86_64 on openSUSE 13.1.

Further testing is not currently possible (by me), as I am unable to properly set up a groupdav resource - see #386985. It is possible this issue may have been resolved since Plasma 5 etc.
