Description Maxim Vasilyev 2014-05-21 11:50:04 UTC
Battery widget cannot be expanded from system tray when it's hidden. Left clicking its icon does not induce any response. Right click works properly. Always reproductible, seen it in many Debian-based (Kubuntu included) for a long time (over a year).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open "System Tray Settings"
2. Go to "Entries"
3. Select "Hidden" for "Battery Monitor"

Reproductible: Always

> Left clicking its icon

Are you sure you did not mean "Left clicking on the name"? Because here it works when clicking on the icon, but not on the name. Please add a comment if you see something different.

Additionally, are you sure you are using Plasma Workspaces version 4.11.9?

Yes, indeed, i missed that. Clicking the icon works, but clicking the name doesn't. About plasma - yes, i'm sure, I update it yesterday, and I didn't see any progress.
