To stand a chance of helping you, I'm afraid we're going to need more 
detail than that.

Presumably, you are editing an existing file?  Please, state all the 
steps you took, and any messages you received.  Was it just the new 
institution that wasn't saved, or other data as well?

Could not reproduce this, a detailed description of the steps taken and the version which was used would be necessary.
