When a popup dialog spawned from a bottom panel changes lowers its height dynamically, the dialog doesn't move to stay attached to the panel.

The Application Menu (Kicker) widget can be used as a testcase for this: Add enough favorites to make the menu grow, then remove a favorite to make the menu shrink. See bug 334923 for context.

Vishesh was working on this last week for krunner; I seem to recall we fixed something. Clearly not pushed though.
