Uhm, using the wacom intuous 3 artpen in the scratchpad works for me...? I get rotation...

Same here, works both with intuos 3 and pro. Sometimes I get some glitches like that in the scratchpad, but  it's just a matter of restarting Krita.

Okay, then I guess we did start using our own tablet code for the scratchpad since the original report.
