on kde 4.13.1 compiled without nepomuk, kdepim-runtime package still installs /usr/share/akonadi/agents/akonadinepomukfeederagent.desktop
There is no akonadi_nepomuk_feeder and nepomuk is no longer in kdepim 4.13 anyway.

it's normal to install it. If you read this file it inform that we want to launch it.
It's for guys which compile by hand from long time and they forgot to remove this lib.
So it's not a bug.

I don't have nepomuk-core installed.

it's not for you !
It's for dev which compiles by hand from long time which has this lib/binary installed.
