As you can see in the URL I have black text color that I cannot change. Going to  "System Settings > Application Appearance > Colors > Colors (tab) > Color set: View" I can change the color of the background choosing "Normal Background" but I cannot set the text color using "Normal Text" (or any other "* Text" option). 
Similarly, when I choose "Color set: Window" I can change the left hand side background (where "Places" are shown) but not the text color. 

The problem persists when I change Color Schemes. Text is always black. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I created a new user profile for testing and the problem persists.

This bug is fixed in Dolpin 4.13.

If you can reproduce it with Dolphin 4.13, feel free to reopen this report.
