Currently the user has no possibilities to check for all activities that he_she ever made on the site (it this is the purpose of the "My requests" section, it is broken, because it permanently returns empty result set). Activities should include all bugs where the user participated in discussion, etc.
You can search for your mail address (as a reporter and as a commenter). You just cannot search the bug change history, see bug 247525.
It comes pretty close to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=842419. Independent from it there need for improvement: Conceptual issues 1.) What is a requester? I guest it's the reporter (it is the only thing that comes close to what it could mean, the them "requester" is not displayed on bug report pages. There should be a popup explaining this. 2.) What is a requestee (see 1.) Technical issues: 3.) I never get a result though I already reported bugs for "any" component.
I do not understand where you are seeing "requester" etc. When I go to https://bugs.kde.org/query.cgi?format=advanced then I can see in the "Search By People" section checkboxes to search for "Reporter", "Commenter", "CC list member" etc.

Thank you for the bug report. As this report hasn't seen any changes in 5 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists. If this bug is no longer persisting or relevant please change the status to resolved.
I still don't find the "Requests" section useful or intuitive.
You can achieve this (more or less) for searching for a combination of bugs you've opened and bugs you've CCd yourself on. This is doable on the Advanced Search page.
