Description AntiCasp3r 2014-04-30 11:41:03 UTC
Every time I stop or pause a track I get a short echo after that fading out effect.
Happens with mouseclick or spacebar.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
Nothing, not possible to stop that effect.

Expected Results:
Stop track, fade out, that's it.

Is this reproducible with the phonon-backend-vlc as well? You will have to restart Amarok after changing the backend, on some distributions a logout of KDE is needed.

No, with phonon-vlc it's fine just no fade out option.
So I think the problem is phonon-gstreamer.

This backend for Phonon is no longer maintained or supported, and has not been for quite some time. Please use the VLC backend instead--which is the recommended and maintained replacement--and see if you can reproduce the issue there. If you can, please open a new bug report at https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=phonon-backend-vlc.

Thanks a lot!
