Description AMAL JOY 2014-04-29 10:57:24 UTC
As of now,add bookmark marks a whole page in general.Users may want to remember which part of the page they specifically bookmarked. So it should be possible to add bookmark to specific part of page.

Reproducible: Always

Actually you can add multiple bookmarks in a page, so not sure what this bug is about.

stamps or highlighter etc allows us to focus on particular part of a page.If the used wants to remember which part of a page like a particular sentence etc was used by the
bookmark,he has no idea as the bookmark goes for the whole page.we can have multiple bookmarks but they all mark the same page.In other words,i want to achieve the purpose for bookmarks like notes, stamp and all give in marking a particular part of page.

And as i said, you can already add multiple bookmarks to a page and they remember the different parts of a page, have you tried it? Which version of okular are you running?

Note that to add multiple bookmarks to a page you have to add them though the menu.
