When "Application Appearance" is translated into Russian as "Внешний вид приложений", the last word is truncated with an ellipsis, even though it could be moved to the third line instead.

This screenshot was taken by [the guy who sits next to me right now] on Kubuntu 14.04, KDE 4.13. It also reproduces on my laptop on KDE 4.12.4.

I still have a similar problem after updating to systemsettings-5.2.2. Surprisingly, all the ellipsises go away after I start resizing the System Settings window.
