The places panel in the file open/save dialog (KFileWidget) animates the icon sizes when you resize the dialog. There the icons can look big with no text visible.

For further details refer to the steps below and the attached images.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a file dialog with a places panel
2. resize the places width to it's minimal width (as seen in the attached image: "dialog_places_one.png")
3. then resize the entire dialog (i did maximize). Note the large size of the icons. (as seen in the attached image: "dialog_places_two.png")
Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
The icons and text should both be visible. If there is too little room for the text then the icons should be at their smallest dimensions.
