i upgraded opensuse 13.1 from kde 4.12.4 to 4.13.0 since this upgrade each time i launch hangouts , chrome or chromium then i have a black screen then the kdm template according to open a new kde session . Reproducible: Always

Indeed the X server crashes. If this crash is only reproducible with the NVIDIA binary drivers, report to NVIDIA developers. Otherwise, if this crash also happens when using nouveau/Mesa drivers, please report this bug to https://bugs.freedesktop.org/ It would help if you install debug symbols for the X server and provide an updated backtrace. KWin developers may provide additional hints.
