Description henning.soenke 2014-04-20 17:47:45 UTC
Sorry, it my first bug report. I suppose the underlying bug report will be automatically uploaded to bugs.kde.org - but if I'm wrong here I'll try to copy my saved bug log here:

Application: kded4 (4.11.2)
KDE Platform Version: 4.11.5
Qt Version: 4.8.5
Operating System: Linux 3.11.6-4-desktop x86_64
Distribution: "openSUSE 13.1 (Bottle) (x86_64)"

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed: I remember having tried to connect the bluetooth mouse and keyboard to the system to sign the system password for Yast. No success - so I connected a USB-keyboard - a USB-keyoard was allready attached. After starting the online update I rember having touched the USB-mouse to get rid of the screen saver. Minutes later I noticed the crash warning.

-- Backtrace:
Application: KDE-Dienst (kded4), signal: Segmentation fault

Bug 327431 - Crash on Download of rpm's
Comment 1 Christoph Feck 2014-04-20 21:29:13 UTC
A freshly installed openSUSE 13.1 (with no updates installed) has a known bug with bluetooth support. Please install all updates, reboot, and if you can still reproduce a crash, report it separately.

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 328079 ***
Comment 2 congo.congolese 2014-10-18 20:47:18 UTC
Fresh install and then immediately updated with all the patches. Updated the kernel and mesa through additional repos.
On startup it will seg fault everytime.
