When opening the "Printers" module of the KDE System Settings as a non-root user I get a password dialog opened, but the Printers window has focus so I can never enter the password

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run systemsettings
2. choose Printers
3. try to enter password
Actual Results:  
password dialog is below the Printers window and cannot be given focus without closing the printers window

Expected Results:  
If a password is needed you should be able to enter it. If it isn't needed the dialog shouldn't ask for it.
