Most of the HTML character entities are still not displayed some of them are even messed up (i.e. the wrong ones are displayed.) For more information please see http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/sgml/entities.html#h-24.2.1 which is W3C's definition and http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/html40/entities/ to see what exactly is missing.
