This "new" behavior is visible in the current master branch. Dragging the globe would continue, once initiated, to spin the globe even if the cursor left the globe. Now the globe will stop spinning as soon as the cursor leave the globe and enters the "sky". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start dragging the globe to spin it 2. Move the cursor into the sky area 3. Cursor changes shape and globe stops spinning
