When I start debugging (F9) the maximided kdeveleop window becomes broader and exceedes the screen. This remains until you maximize the window again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press F9
2. Wait until debugger starts

Still exists in 5.2.1 Marking as duplicate of the newer one, because that has more info.
