Description fabian.kanngiesser 2014-03-31 19:51:55 UTC
The counter for the points resets itself after ca. 13 000 points. It will start counting from 0 then. This usually happens in Level 5 of the game
Another Problem is that the game slows down during certain effects, like the removal of many stones. (This could be due to the low power of the computer though)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the game
2. exceed 13000 -14000 points, reach level 5
3. take a look at the counter or end the game to see the high-score
Actual Results:
The counter is set to 0 and starts counting new points

Expected Results:
The counter should add the other points and sum them up.

This happened on a fedora 20 system (all updates installed)

I've seen this as well, in a 4.12 build compiled from git sources. Happens every time.
Comment 2 Frederik Schwarzer 2014-04-25 20:38:12 UTC
Interestingly it resets at ~14k the first time and then ~20k the second time. I wonder what it is. :)
Unfortunately I am sitting behind an 8k line which makes it impossible to fetch or browse the sources. :(

Sad that KBreakout was definitely not tested enough during the port to QML. :(
